Job Description

Times Stayed is looking for a skilled Webmaster to manage and maintain the organization’s website, digital content, SEO, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update website pages, content, images, menus, and digital assets.
  • Maintain website performance, security, responsiveness, and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot website errors, broken links, and basic technical issues.
  • Proficiency in managing paid digital campaigns, e.g Meta Ads and Google Ads, with the ability to generate leads, monitor campaign performance, and optimize campaigns for measurable results.
  • Implement basic SEO and monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Manage social media platforms creatively, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels, with responsibility for content planning, publishing, engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Schedule and publish social media content, including posts, images, and videos.
  • Monitor social media engagement and provide basic performance reports.
  • Coordinate with IT, marketing, content, design, and management teams.
  • Communication with t-lines department, web related updates or modules add must be communicated with t-lines.
  • Must complete his web cycle.
  • Social Media responses handling.
  • Communicate with graphic designers & video editors.
  • Tackle all the queries of website e.g orders, contact form etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in website management, CMS administration, web development, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Fresh graduates with strong practical skills may also be considered.

Key KPIs: Website uptime and performance, timely content updates, SEO improvements, social media engagement, content accuracy, security maintenance, and successful digital campaigns.
